Scoutlio is free for families to browse and book. Coaches and facilities choose a plan that fits how they work.

For athletes & parents

Creating an account and finding a coach is free. You only pay the coach's posted rate for lessons, and any facility ice fees when you book directly — no added Scoutlio markup on lessons.

For coaches

• Free — Public coach profile, availability, bookings, and messaging.
• Pro — Everything in Free, plus featured placement in search, a premium profile, and priority support.
• Elite — Everything in Pro, plus top placement, advanced tools, and analytics.

For facilities

• Basic — Facility listing, ice availability, and booking requests.
• Professional — Everything in Basic, plus a featured listing, events, and analytics.
• Enterprise — Everything in Professional, plus top placement, staff accounts, and priority support.

Ice payments

When a coach books ice through Scoutlio, payment runs securely through Stripe. A small, clearly disclosed platform fee supports the marketplace — everything else goes to the facility.
