Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Scoutlio, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Who can use Scoutlio

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Scoutlio. Accounts for minors must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.

The Scoutlio marketplace

Scoutlio connects families with independent coaches and facilities. Coaches and facilities are independent third parties, not employees of Scoutlio. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, but we review coaches and act on reports of misconduct.

Bookings and payments

• Lesson fees are set by and paid to coaches.
• Ice and facility fees are set by facilities.
• Subscription and platform fees are described on our Pricing page and your Billing dashboard.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Follow our Community Guidelines.
• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

Content and reviews

You're responsible for content you post, including reviews. Keep it honest, lawful, and respectful.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Scoutlio is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability for the use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
