Getting started

• Create an account — Parents and athletes can sign up free from the Sign Up page.
• Find a coach — Browse coaches from the homepage and send a booking request.
• Become a coach — Apply through our coach application; we review every applicant.

Managing bookings

• Track your requests from your dashboard.
• Coaches approve, decline, or reschedule requests in the Requests tab.
• You'll be notified when the status of a booking changes.

Payments & billing

• Coaches and facilities manage subscriptions on the Billing page.
• Facilities set up payouts in the Payouts tab.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Account help

• Trouble logging in? Use the login page for your role (Parent, Coach, or Facility).
• Need to change your details? Update them in your dashboard profile.
